Sadey Stillman, Founder of Alpine Appraisals, leads the forefront in home appraisals within the beautiful Rocky Mountain State of Colorado. Born and raised in Colorado’s very own Glenwood Springs, Sadey graduated from CU Boulder with a Pre-Medical Degree, but quickly after, found a passion for helping others via home valuation. Since 2017 Sadey has been providing the very best in home appraisals ranging from the rolling plains of Eastern Colorado to deep within the bustling city and then finally across to the breathtaking mountain towns in the west. Mentored and trained by one of the industry’s seasoned veterans, with over 30 years of experience, Sadey has laid the foundation for Alpine Appraisals as well as other peers within the industry, of how a truly professional Appraisal Company should operate and treat their clients.

Sadey has experience in nearly every county of Colorado, but she primarily focuses on the Denver Metro Area. She has completed over 1500 appraisals in the Metro area, and additionally hundreds of mountain appraisals near Winter Park, Breckenridge, Silverthorne, Frisco, and Vail.
